Small lead meeting

We had a sub-team lead meeting today. Here are the updates from the teams of the leaders who came:
PR: Three e-mails into KPCB, but no response. Monday is the big Chairman's essay writing bonanza.
Build: Took apart the launcher that Emily, Bud, Kersten and Julia made. Hoping to get it working soon.
Programming: The turret and chassie now move on joystick contol with parabolic functions and an adjustable deadbands.
